The Riad staff exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making my stay truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into the Riad, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and extremely professional. Every one of my requests was met with a smile, and I appreciate the effort the entire team put in to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The Riad staff demonstrated remarkable attention to detail. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, organizing transfers, or promptly handling inquiries, the team was always there to ensure my needs were met. I was particularly impressed by the kindness and warmth exuded by the entire staff. The Riad is well located, not that far from the Medina but also not too close for the noise to be heard. The facilities were good for the price, including free access to the interior pool (towels provided by the staff). The rooms were normal-sized, with some luxury details in some of them (we had 4). The staff were friendly and helpful. The terrace at the top of the Riad is great for spending some time together and relaxing at night. The breakfast can be improved, with more variety and better meat and egg quality.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very welcoming, the room was incredible and the pool awesome. The breakfast could be better, but overall it was great. The location is absolutely perfect as it is very near of the Jemma Elfna place (5 minute walk) Only thing is that we had a bit of a difficulty to find the Riad, there was no clear indications, so we had to ask around.

Riad Challa is located very close to some of the most famous sites to see in Marrakech. At the same time, it is on a quiet alley so when you're there you can relax and not worry about being woken up by loud noises. The Riad is absolutely stunning but also very homey so you feel like it's your home away from home. The best part of staying there though was the service. Everyone who worked there was smiling and happy to help in any way they could. They made you feel safe and well taken care of. Hafsa, Amine, and Rabab really made my stay very special. They treated me as if I was staying at their own home and as if I were an old friend. They answered all my questions and gave great advice on places to see and shop at in Marrakech. Can't recommend this place enough for all types of travelers whether solo, coming with family/friends, or with your significant other.

The location of this Riad is great! It’s within close walking distance to the main square and shopping in the Medina. The interior is beautiful. The staff and kind and welcoming. The rooms are a bit small. My bed sheets didn’t look or feel entirely clean. The breakfast served on the rooftop was decent. The items that should have been warm were cold, including the tea.
